Kevin Pitts

Kevin is an executive coach, motivational speaker and NHCG facilitator. He has conducted seminars and coached executives around the globe. He has over 20 years experience as a consultant working with organizations to develop organizational strategies, marketing/product strategies and customer acquisition strategies. Kevin has also worked with senior leaders to facilitate the management of budgets, identify and develop leadership talent, improve performance, manage change, and transform teams.

Kevin’s training in Strategy/Finance/Organizational Behavior, coupled with his many years of consulting experience, have provided a strong foundation for addressing a wide range of business challenges in many areas including finance, sales/marketing, customer experience and loyalty, strategy, project management, and executive leadership.

Kevin has worked with many of the leading Global 1000 organizations such as: EMC, GE, IBM, Xerox, Citigroup,

Kimberly-Clark, P&G, Marks & Spencer, Brother, Inc., Unilever, AT&T, HP, Cingular, Shell, Sprint, Panasonic, DuPont, and Motorola. His breadth of experience with these companies has given him insight in the following industries: hi-tech, telecommunications, consumer products, document management, financial services, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and aerospace & defense.

Kevin attended the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he received an MBA with a concentration in Finance/Organizational Behavior, and Colgate University, from which he received a B.A. in Philosophy.
